Materiality matrix

Human Resources are the main asset of the SeSa Group: the skills and specializations of our human capital are at the heart of our ability to deliver innovative technology and digital solutions to support businesses and organizations

The Group promotes programs and activities to develop professionalism and diversity, and to improve the well-being and quality of the working life of its human resources, by adopting distinctive values such as integrity, fairness, people focus, inclusion and sustainability that drive the Group's strategy in the management of the human capital

How we identify material themes

Our materiality analysis consisted of two separate phases:

  • Identification of themes – to identify potentially significant non-financial issues relating to the five areas defined in Legislative Decree no. 254/2016 (Environmental sustainability, Personnel, Respect for human rights, Social sustainability, struggle against active and passive corruption);
  • Identification of material themes for SeSa, following the relevance analysis for stakeholders (external relevance) and for the company (internal relevance).

In particular, potentially relevant non-financial issues have been defined through:

  • The analysis of sustainability trends at global level:
  • The mapping of the main non-financial aspects taken into account by the main ESG rating agencies (DJSI, MSCI, CDP, EcoVadis, ISS, Refinitiv, etc.), as well as by international organizations (GRI, World Economic Forum, etc.) and Governments (EU policies, UN report, etc.);
  • • The mapping of non-financial aspects highlighted as relevant for the information technology sector, taking into account the publications of international organizations (Robecosam, SASB, etc.);
  • An industry benchmark for sustainability reports published by the Group’s top competitors.
