Our Group continues to be committed to policies and programmes that generate sustainable value for the benefit of its stakeholders and is aware of the importance of environmental responsibility. As of April 30, 2025, the Group's workforce reached 6,532 employees, an increase of over 841 (+15% Y/Y), confirming the long-term growth and development trend that has characterised the Sesa Group since its establishment. We also conduct our business according to the principles of sustainable growth with programmes for the responsible management of natural resources and the development of digital services and technologies that enable energy efficiency, production from renewable sources and sustainable mobility.
