Our Group has always been committed to sustainable value generation policies and programs for the benefit  of its stakeholders, and we are sensitive to the issue of environmental responsibility. As of 30 April 2024, the Group reached a threshold of 5,691 employees, with an increase of over 974 units (+21% Y/Y), thus confirming the long-term growth and development trend that has characterized the Sesa Group since its incorporation. In addition, we comply with the principles of sustainable growth through programmes of responsible management of natural resources and development of an offer of digital services and technologies that contribute to energy efficiency, production from renewable sources and sustainable mobility.
