2030 Agenda

Our commitment is outlined in 8 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)

We contribute to sustainable development in line with the United Nations Goals, integrating this commitment into our strategy and business model. In order to develop our Sustainability Plan, we carried out an in-depth assessment of the SDGs, identifying the main Goals to which we contribute and can contribute most in the future.

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are a set of values and operational guidelines closely linked to our strategic goal being a leading Player in the Digital Technology, Consulting and Vertical Application Sector for companies and organisations.

All 17 SDGs and their related targets were analysed, and the Group's areas of activity that contribute to their achievement were identified, allowing us to select seven main priority goals, to which Goal 17 (‘Partnerships for the Goals’) is added in a cross-cutting way, as it is considered a fundamental tool for achieving the other goals.

A shared path

In 2015, the United Nations approved the Global Agenda for Sustainable Development containing 17 Goals (SDGs) to be achieved by 2030.

Aware of our social role, we have embarked on a path aimed at orienting our organisation and business activities in the direction defined by the 17 SDGs, while also contributing to the affirmation of the principles set out in the Global Compact, to which we adhere as a Participant.

Our Priority Goals

In order to make the integration between our business goals and the UN’s SDGs more effective, we have chosen the SDGs that are most closely related to our activities. This is how Sesa's 8 Priority Goals for sustainability came about. Targets that are part of our business strategy and every sustainability programme.

The main objectives are to prevent all forms of gender-based violence, bridge the gender gap in the labour market, achieve full equality in participation in different sectors of activity, address, mitigate and bridge the pay gap where it exists, and achieve gender balance in decision-making.
