Sesa among the best companies in the ESG Observatory

Proud to announce the confirmation of Sesa among the best companies in the ESG Observatory - Il Sole 24 Ore, elaborated by Bicocca University of Milan(ESG Awareness Index, Sustainability Monitoring Index, Sustainability Governance Index).

Seventh edition for the report published by Il Sole 24 ore, which monitors the sustainability of companies listed on Piazza Affari, and seven companies ranked "excellent" among the 136 that participated in the project.

Sesa ranks among the best performers based on indicators developed this year by the university's Economic and Business Sciences and Statistics departments: 1. ESG awareness, 2. sustainability monitoring, 3. governance.

There was also a focus on decarbonization strategies, the better known Scope 1, 2 and 3. A work that expands and deepens the issues of energy transition as well as the critical issues and benefits of sustainability.

The award, based on the average of performance indicators in Environmental, Social and Governance, reflects the Group's corporate vision, which has always combined innovation, sustainability and attention to people, promoting the generation of value shared with all stakeholders.
