We strongly believe in creating an inclusive, fair, and diversified work environment. Our hiring process is set up to attract the best talents in the industry, ensuring that each candidate is evaluated based on their merits, skills, and potential: from the job posting to the final selection, every stage is planned to guarantee transparency, fairness, and respect for candidates.

The Group's ability to attract talented individuals is also reflected in the growth in our workforce over the last Fiscal Year, with a positive balance of 841 new hires (more than 50% are young people under 30).

The Talent Acquisition tool consists of a comprehensive programme for hiring and selecting personnel, which is implemented through:

  • Collaborations with leading professional schools, Universities and Business Schools, with which the Group has established long-standing relationships, offering internships for students and young graduates, project development and degree theses;
  • Participation in Career Days and University events;
  • Social media communication plans using the main recruiting tools, including LinkedIn and leading recruitment job sites;
  • Hiring events at the Group's main offices, aimed at presenting employment and professional growth opportunities for young graduates;
  • Academy with a specific focus on the areas of greatest specialisation in the IT sector;
  • Collaboration with local secondary schools by participating in work experience programmes.
We also promote targeted and diversified initiatives to foster talent growth: we reach out to young people using tools, channels and languages that are familiar to them, with constant web and social recruitment activities.

Every year, we offer several internship opportunities, giving young people with potential the chance to learn about the company and gain training experience, including through participation in work-study programmes.

As of April 30, 2025, there were 83 internships, including curricular and extra-curricular internships aimed at recruitment. The total number of trainees enrolled in training and professional development programmes also grew, reaching 473 resources as of April 30, 2025.

The working environment, the opportunity to work on stimulating and innovative projects, in which diversity is valued and where each person is given the opportunity to express their skills and potential, combined with the Group's strong commitment to sustainable development, are the key elements in the process of attracting talent, especially among the younger generations.

We believe that people are the main driver of our growth, thanks to their talent, skills and ability to innovate. For this reason, we invest in their training and professional development, aware that the success of projects depends on the strength and skills of the teams.

Through an integrated training and development model, we support our people in growth paths aimed at enhancing both technical and managerial skills, in line with individual characteristics and potential. Our programmes are designed for Group employees as well as for the recruitment and training of new professionals.

The training programmes include a significant component managed centrally by the training department of the parent company Sesa S.p.A. with reference to specific topics such as Data Protection (GDPR - General Data Protection Regulation), Cyber Security, Sustainability, Diversity and Compliance and the use of e-learning platforms, allowing us to engage a growing number of resources.
